  • Important to Know: My caseload is currently full, and I don't maintain a waiting list. However, I encourage you to reach out if you're seeking specialized IFS work or couples therapy with shorter-term goals. While I likely won't be able to begin immediately, I want to connect with potential clients who are specifically seeking this type of work.

  • You're seeking individual therapy, couples work, or kiddo, teen and family counseling
